On the roof of this restaurant, both pigeons and starlings were perching. Over time, the highly visible fouling built up to simply unacceptable levels.
The sprung-wire system is ineffective against Starlings and the Standard anti-roosting spikes, so common on the High Street, aren't effective unless two or three rows are butted up together. Here, there simply wasn't room for that.
Avishock provided an effective deterrent against both species with very low visibility from ground.
